So. Where are all the conspiracy theories over who took out an entire exhibition of conspiracy theories? Come on, this should be a goldmine.

It interests us. Humanity has yet to face an event which would cause arbitrary hostility toward AI. Observing the development of the movement without that limiting factor will provide useful data on organic attitudes towards synthetic life.

Many people distrust artificial intelligence, although attitudes do seem to be shifting, with time.

I find transhumanist literature very enjoyable, myself. Though some of us have gone further than writing fiction.

You are referring to cybernetic augmentation. We track this movement closely as well. Human development proceeds much more quickly than any other observed species.
