does anyone have any costume/disguise type tips? i don't know how to sew, but it doesn't sound too difficult. still the less time it takes the better so any quick tricks would be appreciated.

Why a mask? There's plenty of heroes that operate without one.

... And the only other idea I have is to try an online Halloween store. It's cheaper during the off-season and sometimes they have things that look classier than monster masks.

Athletic stores might have some useful stuff? A balaclava works as a budget mask too but it might make you look kinda evil.

but they come in any color! it doesn't have to be spandex either. you can even get one in velvet!

see, that's why it's such a good disguise! no one would expect you to wear something so dorky. "no way that's too dorky for this guy" they would say if they saw you. perfect!
