As I'm sure all of you are aware, the recent promotion of CONDOR's Legion unit to the Alpha Force has resulted in an unacceptable increase in CONDOR raids and interruptions to the work of not only my esteemed organization but some of your enterprises as well. It's about time we put a stop to this interfering AI's meddling.
